Northgate Fence & Gutter Install

Two separate requests — a new privacy fence along the back property line and gutter replacement after ice damage the previous winter — got bundled into one visit and one trip fee, since both jobs needed the same crew and neither took more than a day and a half on its own.

We installed 140 linear feet of cedar privacy fence set in concrete footings, and replaced the home’s damaged sectional aluminum gutters with seamless gutter formed on-site to fit the roofline exactly, which eliminates the seam joints where the old gutters had been leaking.

Both crews worked in parallel on different sides of the house, finishing the combined scope in three days rather than the four-plus it would have taken as two separate service calls on two separate visits.
