Keystone Home Services was founded in 2008 on a simple frustration: too many homeowners were getting estimates that changed halfway through the job, work that skipped permits to save time, and contractors who disappeared after the invoice was paid. We built our process around the opposite of all three.

We’re a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor carrying $2,000,000 in general liability coverage, and every electrical, plumbing, and structural job we take on is pulled under permit and inspected — not because it’s the minimum requirement, but because it’s the only way to actually stand behind the work. Every completed job includes a 2-year workmanship warranty, separate from and in addition to any manufacturer warranty on materials.

We’re a member of the Ashford Valley Home Builders Association and our crews carry trade-specific licensing for electrical and plumbing work rather than treating every job as generalist handyman labor. On any project, you get one project coordinator as your single point of contact from the initial estimate through the final walkthrough — not a rotating cast of subcontractors you have to manage yourself.
