Willow Park Handyman Punch List

Ben called about a front door that had started sticking in the frame and a toilet that ran intermittently, expecting to hear that both were too small individually to justify a service call. Instead, we bundled them with two drywall patches from a since-removed shelf bracket into a single half-day visit and one trip fee.

The door turned out to need a planed edge and a re-hung hinge rather than a full replacement; the toilet had a worn flapper valve, a five-minute fix once diagnosed. Both drywall patches were mudded, sanded, and left ready for the homeowner’s own paint touch-up.
